These Terms govern your use of Koe, a reading and on-device narration app provided by Zecro Studios. By downloading or using Koe, you agree to these Terms and the Koe Privacy Policy.
Koe is provided for lawful personal reading and listening. You are responsible for the documents, text, and links you import and for ensuring that you have permission to access, copy, process, and listen to that content.
You retain your rights in content you import. Zecro Studios does not claim ownership of it. Koe stores and processes your content locally to provide reading, search, highlighting, and narration features.
Koe may retrieve content from a link you provide. Zecro Studios does not control third-party websites, their availability, accuracy, legality, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party content remains subject to the applicable website terms and rights holder permissions.
Generated narration may contain pronunciation, segmentation, timing, or interpretation errors. Koe can support reading and listening but is not guaranteed to satisfy every accessibility need and should not be relied on for emergency, medical, legal, or safety-critical information.
Features, supported formats, voices, and operating-system requirements may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Koe. Back up source documents you cannot replace; Koe is not an archival or cloud-storage service.
You may not misuse Koe, attempt to bypass device or platform security, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koe is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zecro Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, content, opportunities, or profits arising from your use of Koe. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
If you obtained Koe through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these Terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the mandatory terms control.
